Villa Kalimoukos – Korakades, Corfu

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Cancellation Policy

All bookings are non-refundable.
Cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances.
In the event of a cancellation, no-show, or early departure, no refund will be issued.
We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance in case of unexpected changes to their plans.

2. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: Between 16:00 and 20:00
• Check-out: By 12:00 (noon)
• Late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability.
• Earlier check-in may be possible upon request and subject availability.

3. Occupancy

• The villa accommodates up to 8 guests.
• No additional guests are allowed without prior approval.
• Parties and events are not permitted, unless agreed upon in advance.

4. House Rules

• Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
• Pets are not allowed, unless by prior agreement.
• Guests are expected to respect the property and leave it in good condition.
